In-home Support
Introduction to In-home Support
Any patient that is diagnosed with an illness that has lasting effects can benefit from In-home Care. In-home Care, or In-home Support, is the provision of support services to patients with all levels of ability or disability in their home or wherever they reside. Whatever services a patient requires, they can be provided as an In-home Support to maximize health outcomes.
Our team works one on one with you to help you with day-to-day activities, and connects you with high quality treatment and therapy services. Our support includes a full range of different services for you to determine which will best suit you.
In-home Care enables homebound or otherwise restricted patients to live full lives and manage their illness with the support they need. If you require In-home Care for any disability, our In-home Support Specialists are highly skilled and trained to provide the expert assistance you need to live your life to the fullest.
What is In-home Support?
Living with a disability can mean needing some extra help around the house, either from time to time or on an ongoing daily basis.
Our NDIS Support Workers are available to visit your home in the mornings, afternoons or evenings depending on your individual needs and how much support you require.
Why is In-home Support Important?
In-home Care is important because it means you or your loved one are able to stay in a place that is familiar, with countless memories. A competent Support Worker for In-Home Care will be able to provide a safe and comfortable space in their own home until end-of-life and avoid moving them altogether. This can also help to curb the development of issues such as infectious diseases that can be transmitted in care homes. Many elderly and people living with disabilities have the desire to stay in their home if it is possible to receive the sufficient attention and care they need to live a fulfilling life.
